RAD Consulting was founded in New Zealand in 2003 by chief executive Michael Xie. We are a dynamic organisation committed to providing professional services and quality software using the Microsoft suite of technologies, as well as expertise in Jade and Vignette development. Our people design, develop, integrate business-driven solutions that are agile and portable, thus giving you great flexibility and maximising productivity and efficiency. Managing Director

Michael has over 15 years experience in software development, architecture and integration. Michael is technically sounded and has lead experience across business-centric applications involving workflow tools and billing applications, with a strong emphasis on web-based systems.
